How to Move Comment Textarea to Bottom in WordPress website

You might have noticed change in Comment Form fields in WordPress 4.4+. The Textarea for comment is moved top of other fields: Name, Email and Website. You might want to move Textarea back to bottom in the WordPress website as it used to be in previous WordPress versions.

Add below code in function.php file of your theme.
